Iron welcome sign, 'Cat Smiles Welcome'
Grinning contentedly, a smug kitty cat looks approvingly at visitors and guests. He tucks his tail around him and purrs a warm welcome. J. Blas sculpts the cheerful creature to adorn an original welcome sign. He first cuts the sheets of forged iron to size and hammers them into a three-dimensional shape. Welded together, they are adorned with airy cut-out work and finished with lead-free paint.
